Job Responsibilities:

- Outbound calls & Inbound calls to the clients for Records Retrievals or facility
- Calling the insurance carriers based on the appointment received by the clients.
- Calling insurance companies to get the status.
- Willing to work in any process pertaining to voice based on the requirement.
- Maintain the individual daily logs.
- Performs assigned tasks/ completes targets with speed and accuracy as per client SLAs.
- Work cohesively in a team setting and assist team members to achieve shared goals.
- Communication / Issue escalation to seniors if there is any in a timely manner.

Position: Associate / Customer Support (Night shift)

Shift Timing: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
