Are you experienced in US Healthcare operations and looking to build your career in Provider Data Management? We’re looking for detail-oriented professionals who understand the importance of accurate provider data and can effectively manage provider lifecycle updates.
? Key Responsibilities
- Process provider additions, terminations, demographic updates, affiliations, specialties, Tax ID, and contract changes
- Maintain accurate and complete provider records across healthcare systems and databases
- Validate provider information and perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Analyze provider data discrepancies and perform root cause analysis
- Investigate and resolve provider, client, and system-related issues within defined SLA timelines
- Track productivity, quality, and service-level performance
- Conduct audits and quality reviews to maintain data integrity and compliance
- Identify process improvement and automation opportunities
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA, regulatory requirements, client guidelines, and organizational policies
? What We’re Looking For✅ Graduate in any discipline ✅ 1–3 years of experience in US Healthcare
✅ Prior experience in Provider Data Management operations preferred
✅ Experience working with CertifyOS preferred
✅ Robust analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
