Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, dedicated, and responsible School Principal to lead our school, manage academic activities, supervise teachers, and ensure a positive learning environment for students. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and school administration skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall administration and daily operations of the school.
- Supervise teachers and ensure effective teaching and learning practices.
- Monitor students’ academic performance, discipline, and overall development.
- Plan and implement academic calendars, examinations, and school activities.
- Conduct regular staff meetings, teacher observations, and performance reviews.
- Maintain effective communication with parents, teachers, and management.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, academic standards, and safety guidelines.
- Support teacher recruitment, training, and professional development.
- Handle parent concerns and resolve academic or administrative issues.




- Maintain school records, reports, and other essential documentation.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a relevant field.
- B.Ed. qualification preferred.
- Previous experience as a School Principal, Vice Principal, or Academic Coordinator.
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of school administration, curriculum planning, and academic management.
- Ability to motivate teachers and maintain a disciplined, student-friendly environment.
