Minimum Qualification

- Bachelor of Engineering (BE)
- Bachelor of Technology (BTech)

Responsible for the design, engineering, and analysis of pressure piping systems for industrial and high-technology facilities, ensuring safe, reliable, and code-compliant transportation of fluids and gases across process and utility networks. Develop and review piping layouts, routing plans, isometric drawings, General Arrangement (GA) drawings, and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs;) in accordance with project specifications and applicable engineering standards. Perform pipe sizing calculations, material selection, wall thickness calculations, flexibility assessments, support design coordination, and detailed stress analysis to ensure system integrity under operating, thermal, seismic, and pressure loading conditions.

Coordinate the selection of piping components, valves, fittings, supports, expansion joints, and specialty items based on process requirements, operating conditions, and regulatory compliance.



Collaborate closely with process, mechanical, civil, structural, electrical, and instrumentation engineering teams to optimize plant layouts and ensure seamless integration of piping systems within facility designs. Participate in design reviews, constructability assessments, vendor evaluations, HAZOP studies, and technical audits.

Provide support during procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and startup activities. Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards such as ASME, ANSI, and project-specific requirements while maintaining a solid focus on safety, reliability, maintainability, operational efficiency, and long-term asset performance throughout the project lifecycle.
