Role Description This full-time in office Preschool Teacher role is based at Kidzee in Rajkot.

The Preschool

Teacher will create and deliver age-appropriate lessons, support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development, and maintain a positive, nurturing classroom environment. Daily responsibilities include planning and facilitating activities, monitoring and documenting children’s progress, communicating with families, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure alignment with Kidzee’s curriculum and standards.



The role also involves maintaining classroom safety, managing routines, and supporting inclusive practices for children with diverse learning needs.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Early Childhood Education and experience working with preschool or kindergarten children.
- Ability to design and implement effective Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development aligned with educational standards.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with children, families, and colleagues.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Preschool Education, or a related field.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to create an inclusive, child-centered learning environment.
- Basic knowledge of child safety, classroom management, and developmental milestones.
- Fluency in English and local languages preferred; prior experience in a structured preschool setting is an advantage.
