Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Pre-Sales Executive to support the sales team by understanding customer requirements, preparing proposals, coordinating with technical teams, and identifying suitable automation solutions for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer requirements and project specifications.
- Support the sales team in identifying suitable automation and smart building solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with sales, technical, and project teams to provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up on customer enquiries and support lead conversion.
- Explain product features and solution benefits to customers, architects, builders, consultants, and interior designers.
- Assist in preparing BOQs (Bills of Quantities) and cost estimates.




- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor offerings.
- Maintain customer records, enquiry details, and proposal status in the CRM.
- Support product demonstrations and client meetings when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, ECE, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or the automation industry.
- Basic understanding of home automation, smart building systems, ELV, HVAC, or building management systems (BMS) is an advantage.
- Good communication, presentation, and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and prepare accurate proposals.
- Solid coordination, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
