Role Description The PR Internship at CollabX Entertainment is a full-time, in office role based in Gurgaon. The intern will support the public relations team in drafting and editing press releases, preparing media briefs, and maintaining media contact lists. Daily responsibilities include monitoring media coverage, assisting with outreach to journalists and influencers, and coordinating PR activities for events and campaigns.

The role also involves creating clear communication materials, helping with social media messaging related to PR initiatives, and providing administrative support to the PR and communications team. Interns will collaborate across departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and timely dissemination of information.

Qualifications





- Ability to draft and review press releases and other PR content, with attention to clarity and accuracy (Press Releases, Public Relations).
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement (Communication, Strategic Communications).
- Understanding of media relations practices, including outreach, follow-ups, and tracking coverage (Media Relations, Public Relations).
- Interest in planning and executing communication strategies that align with brand and campaign goals (Strategic Communications, Public Relations).
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic PR or marketing tools is an advantage.
- Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced entertainment environment.
- Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and respectful communication practices.

Internship Details & Requirements
- Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
- Duration: 3-6 months
- Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO), Gurugram
- PPO Opportunity: Based on performance and the availability of an open position.
- Laptop Requirement: Candidates must have their own laptop.
