We get a large number of study-abroad enquiries every day from our digital campaigns and website, and we need someone to be the first voice each student hears from us.

About the role

You’ll be the first point of contact for every student who enquires about studying in Ireland or the UK. You’ll call new leads within minutes, understand the student’s background and goals, build a complete profile, and hand qualified students to our senior counsellors with everything they need. You won’t be expected to close admissions. Your job is to make sure no good student is missed and no counsellor’s time is wasted.

What you’ll do

- Call new digital leads from Meta, Google and our website within 5 minutes of the enquiry
- Make 100+ calls a day, and follow up on WhatsApp and email with leads you can’t reach
- Profile each student: academics, course interest, preferred country, intake, English test status, budget, funding plan, work experience and any visa history
- Grade each lead as Hot, Warm, Cold or Not Eligible,



using our qualification criteria
- Book qualified students and parents into counselling sessions, and brief the counsellor before each one
- Run follow-ups for students who aren’t ready yet, until they are
- Keep every call, note and lead stage accurately updated in our CRM
- Share weekly feedback on lead quality with the marketing team, covering which campaigns bring in reliable students and which don’t

What we’re looking for

- A graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years in tele-calling, inside sales or pre-counselling. Study abroad or education experience is a strong plus
- Comfortable making 100+ calls a day and speaking confidently to students and parents
- Clear spoken English and Hindi, and quick, professional writing on WhatsApp
- Good listening skills: you ask the right questions and record the answers accurately
- Comfortable with a CRM and with working to daily call and booking targets
- Interest in study abroad. We’ll train you on Irish and UK universities, entry requirements and visas
