About the Role We are seeking a legally proficient professional with excellent drafting skills, strong legal reasoning, and advanced research capabilities. The role involves substantive litigation drafting, strategic legal analysis, arbitration pleadings, and preparation of comprehensive briefs for Senior Advocates.

Key Responsibilities

- Drafting civil and commercial suits, writ petitions, applications, replies, rejoinders, and counterclaims.
- Preparing Statements of Claim (SOC), Statements of Defence (SOD), and arbitration submissions.
- Drafting written arguments, legal opinions, research memoranda, and case briefs for Senior Advocates.
- Conducting in-depth statutory research and judicial precedent analysis.
- Analysing complex disputes, voluminous records, and evidentiary documents to formulate persuasive legal arguments.
- Ensuring accuracy, procedural compliance,



and timely completion of assignments.

Candidate Requirements
- LL.M. is essential.
- 2–3 years of relevant litigation or legal drafting experience.
- Excellent command of legal drafting, statutory interpretation, and case-law research.
- Familiarity with civil and commercial litigation, writ jurisdiction, and arbitration.
- Robust analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
