Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Plant Head – Machine Shop to manage CNC/VMC operations, production, quality, manpower, tooling and machine utilization, ensuring productivity and on-time delivery as per the PPC production plan.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage CNC/VMC machine shop operations and production.
- Execute PPC plans and monitor Plan vs Actual.
- Improve machine utilization, OEE and cycle time.
- Ensure quality control and reduce rejection/rework.
- Control tooling, fixtures and tool costs.
- Manage manpower, productivity and operator training.
- Coordinate machine maintenance and downtime control.




- Ensure material availability and WIP traceability.
- Maintain accurate daily production reports.
- Drive productivity, quality and on-time delivery improvements.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

- Hands-on CNC/VMC machining experience.
- Knowledge of programming, tooling and fixtures.
- Experience in production planning, OEE and quality control.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Engineering/automotive component manufacturing preferred.

FIRST 90 DAYS

- 0–30 Days: Understand machines, manpower and production bottlenecks.
- 31–60 Days: Implement production monitoring, OEE and tooling control.
- 61–90 Days: Improve productivity, quality, utilization and delivery performance.
