Preferred Experience: LG Company / LG Vendor Experience

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Plastics or Production Engineering

Experience: 10–15 Years (Relevant Plant Management Experience)

Job Responsibilities

- Overall responsibility for plant operations, production, quality, maintenance, planning and dispatch.
- Manage core plastic injection moulding operations and manufacturing of plastic components for LG products such as washing machines, refrigerators and air conditioners.
- Ensure achievement of production targets, quality standards and on-time delivery.
- Monitor machine utilization, OEE, cycle time, rejection, rework and productivity.
- Coordinate with LG customers and vendors regarding production planning, quality issues, audits and customer requirements.
- Control manpower, material consumption, operational costs and plant efficiency.
- Implement 5S, Kaizen,



Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead departmental HODs and ensure compliance with safety and quality systems.
- Handle customer complaints, process improvements and major production-related issues.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of plastic injection moulding processes and plant operations.
- Proven experience in handling large-scale manufacturing operations.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving and customer coordination skills.
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 / ISO 9001, PPAP, FMEA and 8D will be an advantage.

Preference: Candidates who have worked directly with LG Electronics or LG-approved vendors in plastic injection moulding manufacturing.

Pay: ₹720,000.00 - ₹840,000.00 per year
