Role Description The Pest Management Field Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for delivering professional pest control services at client locations. The role involves inspecting premises, identifying pest issues, assessing infestation levels, and recommending appropriate treatment plans.

The Field

Officer will apply approved pest management techniques and products, ensure safety protocols are followed, and document all service activities and findings. Daily tasks include communicating with clients about treatment options and preventive measures, maintaining equipment and materials, and coordinating with the office team for scheduling and reporting.



The position may require flexible working hours and travel within Bengaluru to serve multiple customer sites.

Qualifications

- Ability to apply strong analytical skills to inspect sites, diagnose pest problems, and determine effective treatment solutions.
- Transparent and professional communication skills to explain findings, treatment plans, and safety instructions to customers and team members.
- Basic finance and budgeting skills to support cost estimation, resource planning, and efficient use of materials.
- Program management skills to coordinate multiple service visits, adhere to schedules, and follow structured treatment plans.
- Attention to detail and adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations in all field activities.
- Physical ability to perform on-site work, including inspections in varied environments and handling equipment safely.
- Prior experience in pest control, facility management, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in pest management or public health are an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate service records and documentation.
