Job Title: Payment Posting Executive – US Healthcare

Location: Coimbatore

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

We are looking for candidates for the Payment Posting process in the US Healthcare domain. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of medical billing, payment posting, and healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM).

Roles & Responsibilities

- Post insurance and patient payments accurately into the billing system.
- Review and process Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) and Explanation of Advantages (EOB).
- Reconcile payments received from insurance companies and patients.
- Identify and resolve payment discrepancies, denials, and underpayments.
- Ensure accurate documentation and maintain data quality.
- Follow US healthcare billing guidelines and company procedures.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve payment-related issues.





Requirements
- Experience in US Healthcare Payment Posting or Medical Billing is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and analytical skills may also apply, depending on the process requirements.
- Basic knowledge of US healthcare RCM, EOB, and ERA is an advantage.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a team and meet process targets.
