Role Overview:

We are actively seeking a detail-oriented People Analytics Partner to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot technical issues and serve as the primary HR tech liaison.
- Train HR staff and employees on system functionalities and updates.
- Oversee the administration, optimization, and maintenance of HR systems.
- Identify systemic process inefficiencies and autonomously propose structural improvements.
- Collaborate seamlessly across remote departments to achieve shared objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- High-level proficiency with remote collaboration platforms (Slack, Zoom, Teams).
- Highly organized methodology with a strong ability to prioritize effectively.
- 3-5 years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and security protocols.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
