Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Position Description: Seeking a Pega Developer with experience in Pega Infinity 24 to design, develop, and maintain scalable workflow and case management applications using low-code capabilities. The role involves implementing business rules, UI components, database integrations, and application optimizations while following Pega best practices and guardrails.

Your future duties and responsibilities

- Develop user interfaces using Pega UI Kit and Pega's low-code development capabilities.
- Design and implement case types, workflows, stages, processes, and business rules based on functional requirements.
- Develop and configure Pega artifacts including:
- Case Types
- Data Objects and Data Pages
- Views and UI components
- Decision Tables and Decision Trees
- When Rules
- Activities and Functions, where appropriate
- Report Definitions
- Declare Expressions
- Access Groups and Roles




- Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Pega solutions.
- Develop reusable and maintainable components following Pega best practices.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for database validation, data analysis, troubleshooting, and application support.
- Work with Pega database tables and understand relationships between application data and underlying database structures.
- Perform debugging and root-cause analysis of application issues.
- Analyze application performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Ensure applications comply with Pega development standards and guardrail best practices.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role Must-Have Skills:

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Pega development.
- Hands-on experience in Pega application development, preferably using Pega Infinity 24.
- Experience with SQL queries, database validation, debugging, and application troubleshooting.
- Understanding of Pega guardrails, application design standards, and reusable component development.
- Hands-on experience with Pega UI Kit and Pega UI development.
- Strong understanding of Pega Case Management and workflow development.
- Experience with Case Types and Case Life Cycle, Data Pages, Data Objects, Views and UI components,
- Decision Tables, Decision Trees, When Rules, Report Definitions, Security and access control, Pega integrations.
- Valuable understanding of Pega application architecture and development best practices.
- Experience in debugging and performance tuning Pega applications.




- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Good-to-Have Skills:
- Knowledge of Pega UI Kit and advanced UI customization.
- Experience with application performance tuning, database optimization, and production support.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, web services, and external system integrations.
