We are looking for a skilled, analytical, and results-driven Paid Ads Specialist with strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
We need someone who understands how paid advertising actually works — from campaign strategy and audience targeting to conversion tracking, ongoing optimization, and generating quality leads.
We are not looking for someone who simply creates campaigns and lets them run. We need someone who takes ownership of performance, identifies problems, continuously improves campaigns, and delivers measurable results.
You will manage advertising campaigns for businesses across different industries, with a strong focus on lead generation, conversion rates, cost per lead (CPL), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Key Responsibilities
Google Ads Management
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Search, Display, Performance Max, and remarketing campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent analysis.
- Manage keyword match types, negative keywords, search terms, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce wasted advertising spend.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven improvements.
Meta Ads Management
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Build effective lead generation, website conversion, and retargeting campaigns.
- Test audiences, creatives, ad copy, placements, and campaign structures.
- Optimize campaigns based on lead quality, cost per result, and actual business outcomes.
- Understand Meta's learning phase, attribution, and campaign delivery systems.
Conversion Tracking & Analytics
- Independently set up and troubleshoot Google Ads conversion tracking.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Set up and validate Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and custom conversion events.
- Track form submissions, phone calls, WhatsApp clicks, purchases, and other important actions.
- Identify and resolve inaccurate, duplicate, or missing conversion events.
- Understand attribution, conversion reporting, and cross-platform tracking discrepancies.
Campaign Optimization & Performance
- Monitor campaign performance regularly and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Improve CTR, conversion rates, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Analyze landing page performance and recommend conversion improvements.
- Perform A/B testing on advertisements, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and implement corrective actions.
- Allocate budgets effectively based on performance.
- Prepare clear performance reports with actionable insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of practical experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Proven experience generating leads or sales through paid advertising.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads campaign structures, bidding, keywords, and optimization.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimization.
- Hands-on experience with GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot tracking and campaign performance issues.
- Experience managing advertising budgets across multiple clients or businesses.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret advertising data.
- Experience with lead generation campaigns for local businesses and service-based industries.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and meet performance expectations.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with WordPress, Shopify, and WooCommerce.
- Familiarity with Meta Conversions API and server-side tracking.
- Experience with Google Looker Studio reporting.
- Experience integrating leads with CRMs.
- Understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
What We Expect
We value results over activity.
A successful candidate should be able to:
- Explain why a campaign is performing well or poorly.
- Identify wasted advertising spend and take corrective action.
- Set up accurate conversion tracking without constant supervision.
- Generate qualified leads, not just clicks and impressions.
- Proactively recommend and implement improvements.
- Demonstrate measurable progress through campaign performance data.

- Have you independently set up Google Ads conversions, GTM, GA4, and Meta Pixel?
- Describe one campaign you successfully optimized. What was the CPL/CPA before and after your changes?
- What steps would you take if a campaign was spending money but generating no qualified leads?
- Have you managed advertising campaigns for multiple businesses or clients simultaneously?
Applications demonstrating real campaign experience, technical tracking knowledge, and measurable performance improvements will be prioritized.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month

Application Question(s):
- What would you check first if Google Ads reports 30 conversions but the client received only 5 actual leads?
- A dental clinic is running two Google Ads campaigns: one Search campaign and one Performance Max campaign. Both are generating conversions, but we don't know which campaign is actually bringing new patients into the clinic. How would you determine which campaign is driving real patient visits, and what tracking or attribution methods would you implement to measure this accurately?
