As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to meet evolving business requirements. This includes adapting application features, managing software releases, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The role requires working with various standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational needs while maintaining compatibility across different environments.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams to address challenges and optimize application functionality is also a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.




- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical configurations.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain explicit records of application updates.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment.
- Familiarity with application programming interfaces and integration techniques.
- Knowledge of low-code or no-code platforms for application customization.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application performance issues.
- Understanding of software release management and version control processes.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
