Role Description The Operations Manager – Homecare is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of home-based senior fitness services. This role includes coordinating trainer schedules, managing client onboarding and service delivery, and ensuring home visits run smoothly and efficiently.

The Operations

Manager monitors service quality, implements process improvements, and maintains compliance with internal policies and safety standards. Typical tasks involve handling client queries, maintaining accurate records, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with trainers to optimize programs and resource allocation. The role also includes supporting recruitment and training of staff, managing vendor relationships,



and contributing to strategic planning and growth of the homecare segment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust operational and administrative skills, including scheduling, workflow management, documentation, and process optimization.
- Candidates should possess people management and leadership capabilities, such as team coordination, performance monitoring, conflict resolution, and coaching.
- Candidates should possess customer service and communication skills, including client relationship management, clear verbal and written communication, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Candidates should possess basic knowledge of healthcare, fitness, or wellness operations, with an understanding of safety protocols and senior-focused services.
- Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and implement practical solutions.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, operations, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience in homecare, senior care, fitness, or healthcare service delivery, particularly in an operations or supervisory role, is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage field-based teams, and travel locally for client visits and operational oversight as needed.
