Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai, for an Operations Intern at Suspire. The intern will support daily operations to ensure efficiency and effective execution of tasks, including inventory management, order processing, and delivery coordination. The role also involves collaborating with teams on process improvement initiatives, providing operational support to the sales team,



and assisting in project management to ensure smooth workflows.

The intern will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operations management within a dynamic and quick-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate data and improve operational efficiency.
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with team members, partners, and stakeholders effectively.
- Experience or interest in Sales and client interactions to assist the sales team with operational support.
- Knowledge of Operations Management and the ability to execute daily tasks and improve processes effectively.
- Basic experience or understanding of Project Management for contributing to project execution and coordination.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (recent graduates are welcome to apply).
