Job Title: Operations Executive (Multitasking)

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth business operations.
- Coordinate with different departments, branch managers, and team members.
- Maintain daily reports, Excel sheets, records, and operational documentation.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports, performance reports, and other operational updates.
- Monitor task progress and communicate updates to management.
- Handle emails, calls, data entry, documentation, and administrative work as required.
- Support employee coordination, attendance records, and other internal processes when needed.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for resolution.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and deadlines.
- Perform additional responsibilities assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, coordination, or a similar role preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel,



MS Office, Google Sheets, and email communication.
- Strong multitasking, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
- Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Someone who can handle multiple responsibilities without compromising on accuracy.
- Comfortable coordinating with different departments and following up on tasks.
- Capable of working independently and managing priorities effectively.
