Job Summary

ADA Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Operations Manager to manage end-to-end BPO operations, lead large teams, achieve business targets, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage domestic voice, non-voice, back-office, sales, and collections operations.
- Lead Operations Managers, Team Leaders, and frontline teams.
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, productivity, quality, and operational performance.
- Drive revenue growth, sales targets, and collection efficiency, as applicable.
- Manage client relationships, business reviews, and escalations.
- Prepare MIS reports and analyze operational performance.
- Plan manpower requirements and coordinate with HR and recruitment teams.
- Implement process improvements, cost optimization, and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and data security standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.

Required Experience
- 8–12 years of experience in BPO, contact center,



or operations management.
- 3–5 years in a senior operations leadership role preferred.
- Experience managing large teams, Team Leaders, and Operations Managers.
- Proven ability to achieve business targets and improve operational performance.

Compensation
