Role Description The Operation Engineer role is a full time, on-site position based in Gandhidham. This role involves monitoring and controlling day-to-day terminal operations, including equipment and system performance, to ensure safe and efficient handling of products.

The Operation

Engineer coordinates with maintenance and operations teams to resolve technical issues, supports troubleshooting of system faults, and helps optimize operational workflows.

Responsibilities include maintaining operating procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, preparing operational reports,



and supporting customer service needs related to terminal activities. The role requires regular interaction with cross-functional teams and adherence to established quality, safety, and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to perform effective Troubleshooting of operational and system issues.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage stakeholder queries and support efficient terminal operations.
- Candidates should possess technical proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems for monitoring and managing operational software and tools.
- Relevant experience in terminal operations, industrial plants, or logistics infrastructure is beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Chemical, or related field) is preferred.
- Knowledge of safety standards, permits-to-work, and regulatory compliance in industrial environments is an advantage.
- Ability to work in shifts, follow procedures accurately, and collaborate with cross-functional teams is required.
- Strong communication skills and a focus on safety, reliability, and operational efficiency are essential.
