Do you have a proven track record in Upwork bidding, strategic proposal writing, and converting leads into projects?

SynergyTop Softlab Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Upwork Bidding Expert who can identify high-potential opportunities, develop effective bidding strategies, and drive business growth through successful project acquisition.

What We’re Looking For

Extensive hands-on experience with Upwork bidding

Robust expertise in identifying and analyzing relevant projects

Strategic and customized proposal-writing skills

Proven ability to convert bids into qualified leads and projects

Strong understanding of client requirements, competition, and project budgets

Excellent follow-up, negotiation, and client communication skills





Analytical thinking to track bidding performance and improve conversion rates

Experience in bidding for IT services, including web development, mobile apps, and custom software solutions, is highly preferred

Your Key Responsibilities

Identify and bid on high-potential projects.

Develop data-driven bidding strategies.

Improve proposal response and conversion rates.

Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
