Online Bidding Executive

We are hiring an Online Bidding Executive to identify relevant business opportunities on freelance marketplaces, prepare customized proposals, communicate with potential clients, and generate qualified projects for the company.

The ideal candidate has practical experience acquiring projects through online bidding platforms, understands how to match client requirements with company services, and can turn project opportunities into meaningful business conversations.

Job Responsibilities

- Research and identify relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, Guru, Contra, Truelancer, Malt, Bark, and other suitable platforms
- Evaluate project requirements, budgets, timelines, client expectations, and business fit before placing bids
- Prepare customized proposals that address client requirements, communicate relevant expertise, and highlight suitable services or previous work
- Use bidding credits, including Upwork Connects, Freelancer bids, and Bark credits, strategically to prioritize relevant opportunities
- Identify suitable projects related to digital marketing, SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, website development, and other company services
- Communicate professionally with potential clients and respond to project-related questions, invitations, and inquiries
- Follow up on submitted proposals and maintain engagement with active opportunities
- Qualify prospects based on project scope, budget, timeline, requirements, and potential business value
- Improve company profiles, service listings, portfolios, case studies, and proposals to strengthen marketplace credibility
- Track submitted bids, proposal responses, shortlisted projects, client meetings, and conversions
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to clarify project scope, estimate pricing, prepare suitable proposals, and address client requirements




- Monitor bidding performance and identify opportunities to improve proposal quality, response rates, and project acquisition
- Maintain accurate records of opportunities, client communications, follow-ups, and next actions

Experience

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in online bidding, freelance marketplace sales, Upwork bidding, proposal management, or international project acquisition is preferred.
