Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to analyze business requirements, design ERP solutions, and manage end-to-end Odoo implementations. The ideal candidate should have robust functional knowledge of Odoo modules, excellent client-handling skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective ERP solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesRequirement Gathering & Business Analysis

- Understand client business processes and gather functional requirements.
- Conduct requirement analysis workshops and stakeholder meetings.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and process flow documentation.
- Recommend best practices and suitable Odoo solutions based on business needs.

Odoo Functional Consulting
- Configure standard Odoo modules based on client requirements.
- Provide functional guidance during ERP implementation projects.
- Work closely with technical consultants and developers to ensure successful customization.
- Perform gap analysis and suggest appropriate solutions.

Project Implementation
- Manage end-to-end Odoo implementation projects.




- Coordinate with internal teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate system functionality.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines.

Client Communication & Training
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and solution presentations.
- Train end users on Odoo functionality and business processes.
- Provide post-implementation support and functional assistance.
- Resolve functional issues and coordinate with technical teams when required.

Documentation & Process Improvement
- Prepare implementation documents, user manuals, SOPs, and training materials.
- Maintain project documentation throughout implementation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.

Required Odoo Module Knowledge

Experience in one or more of the following modules:

- CRM
- Sales
- Purchase
- Inventory
- Accounting
- Manufacturing
- HR & Payroll
- Project
- Helpdesk
- POS
- Website & eCommerce

Required Skills
- Strong functional knowledge of Odoo ERP.
- Experience in ERP implementation and business process consulting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Experience in preparing BRD, FRD, SOPs, and workflow documentation.
- Good understanding of business operations across multiple industries.
- Ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Computer
