We are looking for recruiters who excel at identifying, engaging, and closing high-caliber professionals for niche and hard-to-fill roles within Manufacturing, Construction, Industrial, Aerospace, Automotive, Energy, Insurance, and Professional Services sectors.

Note: Looking for Non IT Recruiter, who are flexible to work in night shift for US Recruitment

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for US-based direct hire positions.
- Source and recruit professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, ATS databases, referrals, and advanced Boolean searches.
- Work on Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, Operations, Supply Chain, Accounting, Insurance, Legal, Healthcare, and other non-IT roles.
- Conduct candidate screening, qualification, and interview preparation.




- Build talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill positions.
- Present qualified candidates with detailed notes and recommendations.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate offers and support candidates through acceptance and onboarding.
- Meet weekly and monthly recruitment goals and placement targets.
- Maintain accurate ATS records and recruitment activity.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in US recruitment with a focus on Direct Hire/Permanent Placement and Contract roles.
- Proven success recruiting for Engineering and Non-IT positions.
- Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, and Boolean search techniques.
- Ability to evaluate candidate fit based on technical skills, industry experience, and cultural alignment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a quick-paced agency environment.

- Education

Any graduate or postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

5–7 years of relevant experience in Non-IT recruitment
