Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced .NET Lead / Senior Software Engineer (SSE) with strong technical expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Angular/React, and SQL Server. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing high-quality software solutions while ensuring timely project delivery and adherence to development best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, configure, test, and implement high-quality software solutions within defined timelines and budgets.
- Maintain coding standards, development best practices, and software quality guidelines.
- Collaborate with distributed engineering teams to ensure smooth coordination between onsite and offshore teams.
- Develop and review project estimates, timelines, and technical assumptions during planning and key project milestones.
- Validate development approaches and technical solutions to ensure successful project execution.
- Participate in code reviews, quality assurance, and software implementation activities.




- Ensure timely delivery of reliable, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

- Strong experience in .NET Core.
- Hands-on experience with ASP.NET MVC.
- Frontend development experience with Angular or React.
- Good knowledge of SQL Server 2008.
- Proficiency in HTML and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience in technical design, development, testing, and implementation.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Educational Qualifications:

- BE / BTech / MCA / BCA / MSc / MTech in a relevant discipline.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 9–14 years of overall IT experience.
- Robust hands-on experience in .NET technologies and web application development.
- Experience coordinating with onsite and offshore engineering teams.
- Ability to review technical estimates, development approaches, and project deliverables.
- Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.
