Roles and Responsibility

- Troubleshoot managed services equipment and network connectivity issues for business customers.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to circuits, routers, switches and Customer Premises Equipment (CPE).
- Coordinate with off-net providers/vendors for connectivity and equipment-related issues.
- Perform Layer 1 and Layer 2 troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot IP addresses, VLANs, Firewalls and Gateways.
- Use network monitoring and diagnostic tools to identify configuration and connectivity issues.
- Provide remote technical support and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Train and mentor support teams when required.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external customers.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance and be flexible to work nights/weekends.

Mandatory Skills:
- 6 years of relevant Network Support/Network Engineering experience.
- Strong experience in Layer 1 & Layer 2 troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Routers, Switches and Network Devices.
- Good knowledge of IP Addressing,



VLAN, Firewall and Gateway configuration/troubleshooting.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a 24×7 rotating shift workplace.

Preferred Skills:
- CCNA / Network certification.
- Telecom/ISP or managed services experience.
- Experience supporting business/enterprise customers.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, LAN/WAN, broadband, fibre, modem, router and ONT.
- Experience with NPS, CSAT and FCR metrics.
- Sales/upselling skills would be an added advantage.
