Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive to support business reporting, data analysis, and reporting automation. The candidate will be responsible for preparing management reports, developing dashboards, maintaining data accuracy, and improving reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Develop Excel-based dashboards, performance trackers, and reporting templates.
- Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Monitor key performance indicators related to sales, operations, productivity, and business performance.
- Analyze data trends and variances and share relevant insights with management.
- Coordinate with different departments to understand reporting requirements.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies and reporting issues.
- Maintain documentation of reports, data sources, formulas, and reporting processes.




- Improve existing reports and develop new reporting solutions as business needs evolve.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel is essential.
- Practical knowledge of Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF functions, charts, and conditional formatting.
- Working knowledge of Power Query and Power Pivot.
- Basic to good knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
- Experience in MIS reporting, dashboard development, and data analysis.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to meet reporting deadlines.
- Knowledge of VBA/Macros and Power BI will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
