- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to DISCOM project operations.
- Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from various teams and field operations.
- Monitor project progress, operational KPIs, targets, and performance metrics.
- Prepare Excel-based dashboards, trackers, and management reports.
- Identify data discrepancies, analyze variances, and coordinate with concerned teams for corrections.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, field performance, and operational updates.
- Track pending activities, progress status, and SLA compliance.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis.
- Experience in MIS reporting, data management, and dashboard preparation.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage large datasets and meet reporting deadlines.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in MIS, reporting, or data analysis.
- B.Tech or a graduate in any relevant discipline.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
