Job Summary

Samson Scientific & Surgical Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Medical Sales Representative (MSR) for Hooghly, West Bengal. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling medical, surgical, and healthcare products, developing strong relationships with customers, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell the company's medical and surgical products to hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, pharmacies, and medical distributors.
- Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings to generate business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and outstanding dues.
- Collect customer orders and coordinate with the internal team for timely delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Submit daily work reports, tour plans, and sales updates to the reporting manager.




- Ensure timely payment collection and maintain healthy customer relationships.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a science or pharmacy background will be preferred.
- Experience in medical, pharmaceutical, surgical, or healthcare product sales will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Positive communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory of Hooghly, West Bengal.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred.
