Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MEAN Stack Developer with strong experience in Angular, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and hands-on exposure to Generative AI technologies, including LLMs (Large Language Models) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable full-stack applications while integrating AI-powered capabilities into enterprise solutions.

You will work on cutting-edge SaaS products and AI-enabled platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build intelligent, scalable, and secure applications.

Technical Skills

Core Full-Stack Skills

- 5+ years of expert-level experience in JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong hands-on experience with Angular (preferred), React, or Vue.js
- Strong experience in Node.js and Express.js
- Expertise in developing and consuming RESTful APIs and Microservices
- In-depth knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
- Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized deployments
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies, and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
- Exposure to AWS and/or Azure Cloud

AI / Generative AI Skills (Mandatory)
- Hands-on experience implementing LLM-based applications
- Experience building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions
- Working knowledge of OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or similar LLM platforms
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or AI orchestration tools
- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, Vector Databases,



and AI application development
- Experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise web applications
- Understanding of embeddings, document ingestion pipelines, and semantic search solutions
- Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, FAISS, or Azure AI Search

Desired Experience & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 7+ years of software development experience in product-based environments
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance applications
- Experience in AI-driven application development and enterprise AI adoption initiatives
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to mentor and guide junior developers
- Experience with legacy modernization initiatives is a plus
- HCM domain experience is a plus
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable MEAN Stack applications
- Build and enhance AI-powered features using LLMs and RAG architectures
- Develop intelligent assistants, chatbots, knowledge search solutions, and AI workflows
- Integrate OpenAI/Azure OpenAI and other AI services into enterprise applications
- Design and implement document ingestion, vector search, and retrieval pipelines
- Develop and maintain REST APIs and microservices using Node.js
- Lead architecture and design discussions for AI-enabled products
- Perform code reviews and mentor development teams
- Ensure application security, scalability, performance, and reliability
- Prepare technical documentation and design artifacts
- Collaborate with QA teams to define test strategies and quality standards
- Work closely with Product, Architecture, and AI teams to deliver creative solutions
