Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Member role based in Delhi, India. The Member will support day-to-day operations of smart vending machines, including monitoring machine performance, ensuring product availability, and coordinating restocking activities. The role involves working closely with partner kitchens and brands, maintaining product quality standards, and assisting with basic troubleshooting or escalation of technical issues.

The Member will help collect and organize operational data, contribute to process improvements, and support customer experience initiatives at vending locations.



Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as logistics, customer support, and technology is expected to ensure smooth and efficient vending operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess basic operational and coordination skills, including inventory tracking, vendor coordination, and workflow organization.
- Candidates should possess customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with partners, internal teams, and end users.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to identify issues with vending machines and follow standard escalation procedures.
- Candidates should possess data handling and documentation skills to record activities, monitor performance metrics, and support reporting tasks.
- Candidates should possess adaptability and time-management skills to work in a quick-paced environment and manage multiple tasks on-site.
- Prior experience in operations, retail, food services, or facility management is beneficial.
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in business, operations, or a related field is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in Delhi and willingness to follow safety and hygiene standards around food and vending operations.
