About the Role

Pet India Industries is looking for a proactive and customer-oriented professional to manage customer enquiries, build strong business relationships, support lead generation and coordinate digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with customers, managing follow-ups and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to develop business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams for quotations, orders and other requirements.
- Generate and manage leads through online platforms and other marketing channels.
- Support digital marketing activities, including social media management, content coordination and online promotions.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, customer interactions and follow-ups.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses and smooth customer communication.
- Assist with day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks related to customer requirements, marketing and business activities.

Requirements

- 1–5 years of relevant experience in customer relations, business development, sales coordination or digital marketing.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate confidently with customers.
- Strong follow-up, coordination and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to take ownership of responsibilities.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- MBA in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
