K.J. Somaiya Hospital & Research Centre, a 550-bedded medical college and hospital in Sion, Mumbai, is hiring Marketing Executives for referral, corporate and community marketing. Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain relationships with referring doctors, clinics, nursing homes and diagnostic centres
- Make regular field visits to referral partners and generate patient referrals for OPD, IPD and diagnostics
- Develop corporate tie-ups with companies, PSUs and insurance partners for preventive health check-ups and empanelment
- Plan and execute health check-up camps in societies, corporates, schools and community locations
- Coordinate with doctors and departments for camp schedules, speciality drives and awareness programmes
- Promote hospital services, packages and new speciality launches in the catchment area
- Maintain a database of referral doctors, corporates and camp leads with regular follow-up
- Coordinate with front office, billing and TPA desks for smooth handling of referred and corporate patients
- Achieve monthly targets for referrals, camps, corporate tie-ups and revenue
- Prepare daily visit reports and monthly MIS on referrals,



camps and conversions
- Gather feedback from referral partners and report competitor activity in the area

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing preferred
- 1 to 4 years of experience in hospital, diagnostic or healthcare marketing
- Existing network of doctors, clinics or corporates in Mumbai will be a solid advantage
- Good communication in English, Hindi and Marathi
- Willing to travel for field visits and camps; own two-wheeler preferred
- Target oriented with good relationship building skills
- Basic MS Excel skills for reporting
