- Drive the marketing strategy to achieve overall customer acquisition targets.
- Educate commercial customers about the perks of PNG and clarify their doubts and queries.
- Conduct meetings with potential commercial customers to assess the feasibility of supplying PNG.
- Conduct commercial potential surveys in existing and new areas.
- Customer enrolment, GSA signing, product marketing, customer focus, feedback, and monitoring of customer perception and satisfaction.
- Improve sales through the implementation of new natural gas-based applications and equipment.
- Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the Project/ operation team to ensure flawless operations.
