Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote and sell Current Transformers (CTs), Potential Transformers (PTs), and related electrical products. The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, maintaining existing client relationships, generating business leads, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities in the CT/PT transformer industry.

- Generate leads from electrical panel manufacturers, switchgear manufacturers, EPC contractors, utilities, consultants, and industrial customers.

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.

- Promote CTs, PTs, and other instrument transformer products.

- Understand customer technical requirements and coordinate with the technical team for suitable product solutions.

- Prepare quotations, commercial offers, and sales proposals.

- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and pending payments.

- Coordinate with production, testing, dispatch, and accounts departments to ensure timely order execution.

- Conduct customer visits, meetings, and market surveys to identify new opportunities.

- Maintain customer databases,



sales reports, and enquiry follow-up records.

- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. in Electrical Engineering or MBA in Marketing.

- 1–3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in electrical equipment or transformer manufacturing.

- Basic knowledge of CTs, PTs, instrument transformers, switchgear, and electrical products.

- Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, email, and basic sales reporting.

- Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in industrial B2B sales.

- Knowledge of CT/PT technical specifications, ratio, accuracy class, burden, and applicable IS/IEC standards.

- Experience dealing with electrical panel builders, switchgear companies, EPC contractors, and industrial customers.

- Ability to generate leads, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
