Role Description The Manager role at Wigwam Ply is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure that business processes support the company’s quality and service standards.

Responsibilities include planning and monitoring projects, managing resources, tracking performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement in workflows. The role also involves collaborating with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, supporting team development, and maintaining solid relationships with stakeholders, partners, and customers.



The Manager is expected to promote a culture of accountability, safety, and high performance aligned with Wigwam’s brand values.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in operations or business management, preferably in manufacturing, building materials, or a related industry.
- Strong skills in team leadership, people management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and use metrics to guide decision-making and performance improvement.
- Competence in project planning, process optimization, and implementing standard operating procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with productivity tools and basic business software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools, ERP or CRM systems).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment and aligning teams with safety, quality, and compliance standards.
