Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager specializing in Performance Management to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Clients Organization's Performance Management framework.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in fostering a high-performance culture, ensuring fair and effective performance evaluation processes, and aligning individual and team performance with strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive performance management strategies, policies, and procedures that align with organizational goals and best practices.
- Manage the full annual and mid-year performance review cycles, including goal setting, performance appraisals, feedback mechanisms, and performance calibration processes.
- Provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees on all aspects of performance management, including goal setting, ongoing feedback, performance coaching, and development planning.
- Develop and deliver training programs and workshops for managers and employees on effective performance management techniques, tools, and systems.




- Facilitate performance calibration sessions to ensure consistency, fairness, and objectivity in performance ratings across departments.
- Analyze performance data, identify trends, and provide insights and recommendations to HR leadership and business units to improve overall organizational performance.
- Oversee the administration and optimization of the HRIS module related to performance management .
- Develop and manage Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for underperforming employees, ensuring fair process and documentation.
- Collaborate with the Talent Development team to link performance outcomes with learning and development initiatives and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and internal HR policies related to performance management.
- Act as a change agent to drive adoption of recent performance management initiatives and foster a culture of continuous feedback and development.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and senior leadership to address performance-related challenges and opportunities.
