To ensure the smooth functioning of CNC/VMC machines by performing preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems to minimize machine downtime and improve productivity.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC and VMC machines.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in CNC/VMC machines.
- Maintain machine electrical panels, motors, drives, sensors, and control systems.
- Diagnose and rectify hydraulic, pneumatic, and lubrication system issues.
- Troubleshoot CNC machine alarms and coordinate with service engineers when required.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential machine failures.
- Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure minimum machine downtime and maximum equipment availability.
- Follow safety procedures and ensure proper maintenance practices.




- Coordinate with production teams to ensure uninterrupted machine operations.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma / ITI in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC/VMC machine maintenance.
- Practical knowledge of both electrical and mechanical maintenance.
- Experience in a machine shop or manufacturing industry is preferred.
