LOGISTICS CONTROL TOWER – SENIOR MANAGER

We are looking for a proactive, strategic, analytical, and result-oriented Senior Manager – Logistics Control Tower to lead and drive end-to-end logistics operations across all the modes Courier, Full Truckload (FTL),Dedicated vehicles, Bikers The candidate will be responsible for leading the Control Tower team, ensuring real-time shipment visibility, driving on-time delivery performance, managing customer escalations, and ensuring strict adherence to operational SLAs. The role requires strong leadership, customer centricity, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to drive accountability across warehouses, transporters, courier partners, and last-mile delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

Control Tower & Operational Excellence - Lead and manage centralized logistics operations covering daily pickups, dispatches, shipment tracking, and deliveries across Courier and FTL movements. Strong operational control through real-time tracking, exception management, and proactive escalation mechanisms.

Team Leadership & Development - Lead, mentor, train, and develop the Control Tower team to achieve operational and customer service objectives. Build a proactive, collaborative, and performance-driven team culture.

Delivery Performance & SLA Management -Monitor on-time delivery, pickup adherence, pending shipments, undelivered shipments, and delay buckets. Ensure shipment tracking is completed by the assigned team and updated accurately in the system.

Customer Centricity and Ownership - Ensure customer-centric operations with a strong focus on service quality, responsiveness, and delivery commitments.



Take ownership of critical customer escalations and ensure timely resolution with clear communication. Coordinate effectively with warehouses, transporters, courier partners, last-mile teams, and internal stakeholders.

MIS, Analytics & Performance Reporting – Track KPIs, including on-time delivery, pickup adherence, pending shipments, exception closure, and SLA compliance. Develop and maintain daily MIS reports, operational dashboards, and management review reports.

Continuous Improvement- Implement preventive measures to reduce repeat failures, customer complaints, and operational losses.

- Solid leadership, team management, coaching, and training capabilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, and dashboard creation.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, shipment tracking, Courier, FTL, and last-mile delivery.
- Strong customer orientation, ownership, accountability, and decision-making ability.

Preferred Profile

- Prior experience in a Logistics Control Tower, Central Operations, Transportation Management.
- Proven experience managing centralized teams and multi-location logistics operations.
- Hands-on experience in Courier and FTL operations, shipment visibility, and delivery performance management.
- Experience in customer escalations, operational reviews, MIS reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
