Designation: Accounts & Logistics Executive

Office Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (including a 1-hour break)

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries, including purchases, sales, receipts, payments, and journal vouchers.
- Verify supplier invoices, bills, payment vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Maintain cash, bank, accounts payable, and accounts receivable records.
- Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and customer accounts.
- Maintain GST invoices, e-way bills, and other accounting documents.
- Verify transportation bills, courier charges, and operational expenses.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accounting reports.
- Coordinate the movement of raw materials, fabrics, accessories, and finished garments.
- Arrange transportation and monitor dispatch and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and verify delivery challans, invoices, gate passes, and dispatch documents.
- Coordinate with transporters, courier partners, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Track shipments and follow up on delayed deliveries.
- Verify freight, loading, unloading,



and courier charges.
- Maintain dispatch records and proof of delivery.
- Assist with daily online order processing and dispatch coordination.
- Update order status and maintain basic sales records.
- Coordinate with courier partners for online order deliveries.
- Maintain records of returns, cancellations, and refunds.
- Assist with e-commerce payment reconciliation when required.

4. Required Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate in Commerce .
- Experience in accounts and logistics operations.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce order processing.
- Knowledge of GST invoices, e-way bills, and transportation documentation.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Experience in the garment manufacturing or apparel industry will be preferred.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.

Reporting To: Manager – Accounts / Management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
