Role Overview

We are looking for a Local SEO Specialist with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in improving local search rankings, Google Business Profile performance, and business visibility. The ideal candidate should understand local search optimization, competitor analysis, citation management, and SEO performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategies to improve local search visibility and Google Maps rankings.
- Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles (GBP).
- Conduct local keyword research, competitor analysis, and local search audits.
- Manage business listings, local citations, and NAP (Name, Address, Phone Number) consistency.
- Optimize location-specific landing pages, metadata, content, and internal links.
- Monitor online reviews and support reputation management activities.
- Track local rankings, website traffic, calls, clicks, and conversions.




- Use tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, BrightLocal, or Whitespark.
- Prepare regular performance reports and stay updated with Google updates and local SEO trends.

Required Skills
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Local SEO.
- Good understanding of Google Business Profile and Google Maps optimization.
- Knowledge of local keyword research, citation building, and competitor analysis.
- Understanding of local ranking factors, NAP consistency, and on-page SEO.
- Familiarity with SEO analytics and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication skills, attention to detail, and a process-oriented approach.

Preferred Candidate
- Digital marketing agency experience is preferred.
- Experience handling multiple clients or business listings.
- Ability to manage tasks independently, maintain documentation, and meet deadlines.
