About the Company

Caspian Management Services LLP (CMS) is the manpower services vertical of Caspian India, providing recruitment and workforce solutions to clients across industries. We are looking for an experienced Lead Recruiter who can drive recruitment delivery while effectively managing both recruitment teams and client relationships.

Role Overview The Lead Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment operations, team leadership, client management, and ensuring timely fulfilment of client requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing recruitment teams and client accounts, preferably with a recruitment consultancy or staffing services firm in a senior role.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of recruiters to achieve individual and overall recruitment targets.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand hiring requirements, and ensure consistent service delivery.
- Recruitment Delivery: Oversee end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer management, and closure.
- TAT Management: Ensure recruitment timelines and agreed Turnaround Time (TAT) commitments are consistently met.
- Performance Monitoring: Track team productivity, recruitment metrics, closures, and pending requirements through regular reviews and reports.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with client HR teams, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to resolve recruitment challenges.
- Escalation Management: Address client concerns, hiring delays,



and delivery bottlenecks proactively.
- Process Improvement: Strengthen sourcing strategies, recruitment workflows, and team productivity to improve overall delivery.
- Business Support: Identify opportunities to expand existing client engagements through responsive service and strong relationship management.

Candidate Profile

- Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in a recruitment consultancy, staffing, or manpower services organisation.
- Prior experience in a senior recruitment role with responsibility for both team management and client management.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles and industries.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client requirements and deliver within committed timelines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ownership, accountability, and the ability to work in a target-driven setting.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
