Role Overview

We are seeking an intellectually curious, dynamic, and driven individual who is eager to build a serious career in litigation and dispute resolution. This role is designed for young legal professionals who possess an appetite for continuous learning, take proactive ownership of tasks, and are prepared to handle substantive courtroom and chamber responsibilities from day one.

Key Responsibilities

- Drafting & Pleading Preparation: Assist in drafting civil suits, commercial plaints, written statements, writ petitions, trademark oppositions/rectifications, interlocutory applications, and legal notices.
- Legal Research & Strategy:



Conduct thorough case law and statutory research using primary databases (SCC Online, Manupatra) to formulate case theories, compile case digests, and prepare senior briefs.
- Court Appearances & Registry Liaison: Assist during hearings and attend proceedings before the Delhi High Court, District Courts, Commercial Courts, NCLT, and the Trade Marks Registry.
- Matter Management: Track daily cause lists, manage court filings and procedural compliances, index briefs, and coordinate directly with registry officials and clients.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

- Educational Background: LL.B. / B.A. LL.B. from a recognized institution (enrolled or eligible for enrollment with the Bar Council).
- Experience Range: 0–2 years of relevant experience. Candidates with significant judicial clerkship experience or substantive litigation internships during law school will be given due consideration.
- Location Preference: Candidates residing in or within convenient commuting distance of North Delhi (e.g., Shalimar Bagh, Pitampura, Rohini, Model Town, Civil Lines) are strongly appreciated.
