Job Summary

Lee-On Homes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Junior Architect (Fresher) to join our team.

We welcome fresh architecture graduates who are passionate about building design, residential planning, 2D drafting, 3D modeling, and up-to-date architectural concepts.

The selected candidate will work closely with experienced professionals and contribute to residential and commercial real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections.
- Develop 2D layouts and 3D architectural models for residential and commercial projects.
- Create building designs using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software.
- Assist in preparing architectural presentations and design concepts.
- Support senior architects and engineers during project planning and execution.
- Prepare basic space planning, interior layouts, and building elevations.
- Coordinate with civil engineers and construction teams regarding architectural drawings.
- Participate in site visits to understand project requirements and construction progress.
- Make drawing modifications based on project requirements and feedback.
- Maintain architectural drawings, design files, and project documentation.
- Learn and apply local building regulations, design standards, and construction practices.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).




- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of architectural planning, drafting, and building design.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Basic understanding of 3D modeling and architectural visualization.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- AutoCAD – 2D Drafting
- SketchUp – 3D Modeling
- Revit – BIM Modeling
- Lumion / Enscape – Rendering
- Adobe Photoshop – Architectural Presentations
- Floor Planning & Elevation Design
- Basic Building Construction Knowledge

Knowledge of all listed software is not mandatory. Candidates with strong fundamentals and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
