About the role

We are looking for a Junior AI Engineer with 1–3 years of experience who is excited about building and scaling AI-powered applications across different areas of Generative AI.

You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to design, build, integrate, test, and improve AI solutions using modern AI models, APIs, frameworks, and tools.

The role offers hands-on ownership across multiple areas of AI, including LLM applications, AI agents, Voice AI, Computer Vision, Prompt Engineering, NLP, Multimodal AI, and AI automation.

Responsibilities

- Design, build, and integrate AI-powered applications and features using modern AI models and APIs.
- Own end-to-end delivery of GenAI features across different domains based on product requirements.
- Build applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI models.
- Design and deploy AI agents and autonomous/multi-step workflows.
- Build and maintain Voice AI features, including speech-to-text, text-to-speech, conversational AI, and voice agents.
- Implement Computer Vision solutions for image and video-based use cases.
- Design and optimize prompts, system instructions, structured outputs, and tool/function calling.
- Build NLP, embeddings, semantic search, and knowledge-based AI systems where required.
- Evaluate and compare AI models, APIs, frameworks, and architectures to select the right fit.
- Integrate AI capabilities with backend services, APIs, databases, and third-party platforms.
- Monitor and improve AI systems for accuracy, relevance, latency, reliability, and cost.
- Debug AI applications and analyze model outputs to identify and resolve issues.
- Take prototypes from experimentation to reliable production features.




- Stay current with developments in Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, Voice AI, Computer Vision, and multimodal AI.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Python or JavaScript/TypeScript in production or project settings.
- Working knowledge of Generative AI, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence concepts.
- Practical experience with APIs and REST services.
- Solid understanding of LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Experience integrating AI models into real applications.
- Proficiency with Git/GitHub in a team workflow.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to pick up new AI tools and frameworks quickly.
- Demonstrated interest in experimenting with different AI models and tools.

Good to Have

- Experience with OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or open-source AI models.
- Experience with AI Agents, Voice Agents, Conversational AI, or AI automation.
- Exposure to Computer Vision, NLP, Speech AI, or Multimodal AI.
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, or RAG.
- Knowledge of FastAPI, Node.js, React, or similar technologies.
- Working knowledge of Docker and AWS/cloud platforms.
- Experience shipping AI chatbots, voice applications, AI agents, computer vision applications, or other AI projects.

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI/ML, or a related field.
- Candidates with strong AI/GenAI project experience or prior industry work are encouraged to apply.
