WE ARE HIRING | JUNIOR ADVOCATE – PROPERTY LAW & LEGAL OPINIONS

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Advocate to join our Advocate Office at Anna Nagar, Chennai, with a keen interest in Property Law, Title Verification, Legal Scrutiny, and Banking-Related Legal Opinions.

Location: Anna Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Roles & Responsibilities

- Scrutinising and verifying property title documents and ownership records.
- Preparing Legal Scrutiny Reports (LSRs) and title verification reports.
- Drafting legal opinions for banks and financial institutions.
- Examining parent documents, Encumbrance Certificates (ECs), patta, survey records, and other revenue documents.
- Conducting property due diligence and examining title-related issues.
- Drafting and reviewing sale deeds, settlement deeds, gift deeds, release deeds, MODT documents, and other property-related instruments.
- Assisting with mortgage documentation and property registration procedures.
- Coordinating with Sub-Registrar Offices (SROs) and relevant government departments, as required.
- Conducting legal research relating to property law and registration procedures.

Eligibility & Skills

- LL.B. degree and enrolment as an Advocate with the Bar Council.




- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of property documentation and registration procedures.
- Good legal drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Solid attention to detail and the ability to analyse property documents.
- Willingness to learn and develop expertise in property law.

Additional Advantage: Familiarity with Tamil Nadu property registration procedures, revenue records, title verification, and bank legal scrutiny requirements.
