Job Summary

· We are looking for a motivated and skilled Junior Full Stack Developer with strong Python knowledge and 2–4 years of hands-on experience in web application development.

· The ideal candidate should have experience building scalable web applications, developing backend services using Python, and creating responsive user interfaces.

· The candidate will work closely with senior developers, UI/UX designers, and cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Python and modern frontend technologies.

- Build backend services, RESTful APIs, and business logic using Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or Fast API.

- Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React or similar frontend frameworks.

- Integrate frontend components with backend APIs and databases.

- Work with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL and write optimized SQL queries.

- Implement application features, troubleshoot issues, and resolve bugs.

- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.

- Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards and best practices.

- Perform unit testing, debugging, and application performance improvements.

- Use Git for version control and collaborate effectively with team members.

- Assist with application deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.





- Work in an Agile/Scrum development environment and contribute to sprint planning and technical discussions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web application development.

- Robust programming knowledge of Python and object-oriented programming concepts.

- Experience with at least one Python web framework: Django, Flask, or Fast API.

- Good understanding of frontend technologies:
- HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript

- React.js, Angular, or Vue.js

- Responsive web design principles

- Experience in designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs.

- Knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.

- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.

- Understanding of authentication, authorization, and basic web application security.

- Knowledge of debugging, testing, and performance optimization.

- Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Good to Have

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

- Basic knowledge of Linux commands and server environments.

- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Pytest or unit test.

- Familiarity with Redis, Celery, or background task processing.

- Exposure to NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.

- Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
