JOB DETAILS

- Obtain quotations, review, shortlist, negotiate and finalize appropriate vendors
- Liaise with legal department to prepare and finalize agreement to sign
- Meet region recruitment requirements by shortlisting CVs, coordinating and conducting interviews, confirming candidate, preparing offer letter and confirming the acceptance
- Communicate and prepare orientation programme to induct current joiners
- Communicate KRA Process and cycle to all respective employees
- Co-ordinate midyear reviews
- Gather and consolidate data in prescribed formats, get necessary approvals and signatures and submit the forms to the concerned authority
- Supervise and consolidate data for payroll processing
- Carry out salary fitments as per salary structure
- Receive and verify the Contract Labour bill for calculate actual deployment, wage rate




- Provide required manpower detail and cost for next financial year based on industries practices, wages survey and wage structure
- To establish, implement and maintain Management System in accordance with ISO requirements
